CONMACH concrete block machine production facilities as Tekirdağ's largest settlement. The production facilities are working feverishly and mediate the export of concrete block making machines. Continuing its journey to Jamaica by adding the BlockKing-42MS Briquette Machine to its export list in the first six months of 2022, CONMACH sent the block making machine to Kingston port, Jamaica with a 40FT HC OT container. There were a total of 3 machine molds in the container: BlockKing-42MS Block Making Machine, 0.75 m3 Mixer, 2 mortar conveyors, 1 stacking robot, one block mould, paving stone mould and curb mould.

Conmach Machinery's journey to Jamaica started with a mobile concrete batching plant, mobile cement silo and Crushing plants and continues with the BlockKing-42MS Block Making Machine. Machine capacity feature; 18.000 units of 20x20x40 cm blocks, 24.000 units of 15x20x40 cm blocks, 33,000 units of 10x20x40 cm blocks, 1.150 m2 paving stones and 12.000 curb stones in 8 hours. This machine consists of a semi-automatic working system, 140 cm x 140 cm x 45 mm pallet dimensions, 80 lt/min hydraulic pump flow, 22 Kw hydraulic pump motor. On the other hand, BlockKing-42MS Block Making Machine group vibrator type was preferred and 4 x 7.5 kW & 2 x 2.2 kW vibrator motors were used.
BlockKing-42MS Stacking Robot Features
Stacking robot among BlockKing-42MS Block Making Machine equipment; It is used for transporting wet products such as concrete block, paving stones and curb stones placed on wooden pallets from the block making machine using a forklift to the area where the product is dried.
