Where are rubber chokes used?
Cylindrical rubber chokes are used on vibrating tables of concrete block moulding machine to ensure the direct movement of pallets for this machine. Helps to decrease noise and vibration on the tables. Produced with or without holes, bolts or without them. In the production of these parts, ordinary rubber is used. Production varies depending on demand, NBR (nitrile), EPDM (ethylene propylene rubber), CR (neoprene) and other suitable types of rubber.

Wheels for trolleys
Trolleys are used in countries with available labor to move finished concrete products to drying areas. Rubber wheels are used for reliable transportation of products. Wheel size 3.50 – 8 (4 RR)- 4-8 (4 RR) may vary depending on the machine model.
Brushes for cleaning moulds.
The size of the brush is changed according to the models of concrete blocks making machine. The mould models that use our brushes, which are 50 cm to 150 cm high and 10 cm high, are used for cleaning concrete paver and block moulds, and the 20 cm high mould cleaning brushes are used in machine for the production of concrete curbs. The task of the brushes is to clean the remaining morter. These components are high-strength cleaning brushes, which are produced using a 3 mm DKP sheet pressed on the sides, U-shaped using a 6 mm steel wire.

Hydraulic Pistons
They serve as a link between the balancing lever and the solution container in concrete blocks moulding machines. Hydraulic pistons move the solution hopper forward and backward. It is necessary to perform regular technical inspection of the pistons. Conveyor Belt
Belts of various specifications that are made of rubber, used for transporting materials such as sand, gravel, cement, mortar from the mixer to the hopper of the vconcrete block moulding machine. The belt conveyor works with a vibration system and is a type of inclined vibration conveyor. Thickness 8 mm-10 mm-12 mm.

Pallets
Used for transporting wet concrete products to the collection point. The pallet should be fed before the wet product is produced by the machine. In this way, the material does not stick, the service life of the pallet increases, and the product quality increases. In products such as curbstone and block, it is recommended to use pallets with legs so that the product is not damaged. Pallet legs can be made of iron or wood according to the customer's preferences.
