Çorlu, located in the Ergene basin and the center of Thrace, is the largest settlement in Tekirdağ. This city is home to the CONMACH concrete block machine production facilities. CONMACH, which has been diligently exporting concrete block making machines, attracted attention by sending the BlockKing-42MS Block Making Machine to Jamaica in the first six months of 2022. The 40-foot HC OT container, which was open and roofless and instead covered with tarpaulin, contained the BlockKing-42MS Block Making Machine, a 0.75 m³ mixer, two mortar conveyors, a stacking robot, and three machine molds (a block mold, an interlocking paving stone mold, and a curb mold).
Concrete Block Making Machine's Jamaican Journey: BlockKing-42MS and Its Features
CONMACH's Jamaican journey began with a mobile concrete batching plant, a mobile cement silo, and crushing screen facilities, and continues with the BlockKing-42MS Block Making Machine. This machine's capacity includes the production of 18,000 20x20x40 cm blocks, 24,000 15x20x40 cm blocks, 33,000 10x20x40 cm blocks, 1,150 m² of paving stone, and 12,000 curbs in 8 hours. The machine, with a semi-automatic operating system and a pallet size of 140 cm x 140 cm x 45 mm, is equipped with an 80 L/min hydraulic pump flow rate and a 22 kW hydraulic pump motor. Additionally, a group vibrator type was used, with 4 x 7.5 kW and 2 x 2.2 kW vibrator motors.
BlockKing-42MS İstif Robotu Özellikleri
he stacking robot, part of the BlockKing-42MS Briquette Machine equipment, is used to transport raw materials such as concrete blocks, paving stones, and curbstones placed on wooden pallets from the briquette machine to the drying area using a forklift. The stacking robot, shipped to Jamaica, features two hydraulic pumps with a flow rate of 8-12 liters per minute and two hydraulic pump motors with a 1.5 kW output. Electrical components were selected from GmtCnt, Siemens, and Telemecanique. The stacking robot motor was manufactured by Gamak, Elk, and Volt.
