At the end of June 2022, the BlockKing-42MS model briquette machine, 110-mesh crushing and screening plant, and HP300 Metso cone crusher were transported from the port by tractors and arrived at the construction site in Kingston. The installation of the machinery will be carried out by our company's technicians on a site previously designated by the Jamaican concrete block manufacturer. Our service team, working with company officials, conducted a ground inspection at the site, presented the layout plan drawing to the customer, and began the layout, installation, and assembly of the BlockKing-42MS Automatic Briquette Machine and rear-feed plant.

Installation Process

The process began with excavating the ground where the main chassis of the block making machine would be placed and pouring the concrete. The process continued with the fastening of the machine components. The Jamaican company's employees joined in the swift installation process, accelerating the installation process. The installation and assembly of the BlockKing-42MS and the 110-grit crushing and screening plant were successfully completed in a short time, thanks to teamwork. Our technical team will hand over the machine to the customer for mass production after a machine check and operator training on site.

High Performance and Capacity

Our Jamaican customer, who chose our company dedicated to quality, purchased a mobile concrete batching plant, a mobile cement silo, crushing and screening plants, and a BlockKing-42MS Automatic Weighing System Block Making Machine to ensure high-quality and high-performance production. The BlockKing-42MS, with its remarkable features, has a production capacity of 18,000 20x20x40 cm blocks, 24,000 15x20x40 cm blocks, 33,000 10x20x40 cm blocks, 1,150 m² of paving stone, and 12,000 curbs in 8 hours. The BlockKing-42MS series, which will be produced at the construction site in Kingston, will produce geometrically shaped concrete blocks for various regions in Jamaica.
